Counseling is provided primarily through appointments at our downtown Salt Lake City office, usually from 9:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. MST Monday through Friday. Counseling can also be provided at other locations in Salt Lake County and in Park City. Counseling appointments are confidential one hour sessions with highly experienced volunteers and must be scheduled in advance

We can suggest a counselor based upon your stated needs or you can request a counselor based upon their experience.
