Several key decisions that must be made by the owners to complete the Articles of Organization and the Operating Agreement will be discussed by the presenter. It is highly recommended that all owners of the business attend this workshop at the same time. The workshop location is at the offices of Parsons Kinghorn Harris (111 East Broadway, corner of 300 South and State Street, on the 11th Floor) . Parking is available at street meters (300 South has many) until 6:00 P.M., then free. |
